To Begin
Please submit your quote request. If approved we will need a PO (Purchase Order) along with a 50% deposit to begin.
To submit a quote request, click on "Quotes" on our website or email chris@prestigiocustom.com directly. Please include desired overall dimensions & photos in your email.
Shop Drawings
With new builds, we will generate shop drawings for your approval. This process usually takes 1-2 weeks.
The Build
After the shop drawings are approved we will begin the frame. Our frames are made out of sturdy Alder wood and decorative exposed wood details are per clients request. We are happy to create exposed wooden bases/legs to match your finish sample! Our most requested woods are: Walnut, Oak, and Teak.
The frames are then sprung with 8-way hand ties springs and the decorative wood pieces stained/finished.
From there it will take 4-5 weeks till completion.
If a sit test is desired by the client, we are happy to schedule that. Timing of the sit test to be coordinated directly between Chris from our office & client. contact at 310.590.1777 (office line)
Completed Piece
Once complete, we will send photos of the completed piece. We can hold the piece in our warehouse until you are ready for pickup. Unfortunately we do not do deliveries, however we can connect you with a moving company if you need one.
